The City Secretary’s Office is responsible for the preservation of city records, including but not limited to: minutes, ordinances, resolutions, agendas and other legal city documents.
In addition to keeping city records the City Secretary’s office prepares the City Council agenda packets and keeps record and minutes of the council meetings and other various commissions.
