Program Goals
The City of Converse Police Department is dedicated to working closely with our citizens to locate and identify areas of concern and to actualize solutions. Community policing is accomplished through a cooperative effort between the Converse Police Department and our citizens to:

- Protect the lives and property of our residents
- Reduce the opportunity of crime
Public Education
Public education is an imperative part of the department’s overall stance to crime within the city. A well-informed citizen is less likely to fall victim to a crime.
