Facilities Rates & Fees

Pavilion

The pavilion can be rented to Converse residents for $15 per hour (minimum of two hours) plus electricity usage, which is $5 per hour. A $50 deposit is required for cleanup.

Non Converse residents can rent the pavilion for $25 per hour  (minimum of two hours) plus electricity usage, which is $5 per hour. A $50 deposit is required for cleanup.

A $10 per hour usage charge is waived for nonprofit groups located in Converse with approval from City Management. All activities serving alcoholic beverages at the pavilion must have security arrangements cleared with the police chief prior to rental.


Pool

The Converse public pool hours are from 12 pm to 7 pm Tuesday through Sunday. View pool rates and fees for season passes, lessons, and parties. Remember the pool is closed on Mondays.


Ball Fields 

Preference is given to local groups. No activity is allowed after 11 pm. When not reserved, the field is open to the public during daylight hours. Practices may be held up to one hour before games are scheduled.

Reservation Fees:

Reserved Practice: $10 per hr per field + electricity (if requested)

Electricity- $15 per hr 

Reserved Tournaments:  Converse Residents $50 per day/per field + electricity (if requested)

Non-resident $100 per day/per field + electricity (if requested)

 Reserved League Play: $50 per team for entire season/per field + electricity (if requested)

Picnic Table Areas 

Resident : $10 per day for reservations

Non resident $25 per day for reservations 

Camping Areas

$10.00 per vehicle per night for camping in North Park, City Park and Anton Schumann Park. 

Security

Security officers are available for $40 per hour, per officer. Requires 2 weeks advanced notice in scheduling.

Security is requirements:

Gatherings with no alcohol:

0 to 50 persons: No officer required.

51 to 100 persons: 2 officers required.

101 to 200 persons: 3 officers required


Gatherings with Alcohol:

0 to 50 persons: 1 officer required.

51 to 100 persons: 2 officers required.

101 to 200 persons: 3 officers required


General Rules & Regulations

All requests for use of park facilities must be processed  with Public Works Dept. All charges are to be paid in advance, except league electric charges, which are due monthly. The final settlement is due within one month after the end of the season. Reservations can be done Monday through Friday from 9am to 12 & 1pm to 3pm any questions please call 210.659-9513.
