Be It Known That the Board of Directors of the Converse Public Facility Corporation Will Meet For Its Initial Meeting At The City Council Chambers at 402 South Seguin Street On Tuesday February 21, 2006 At 6:45 PM To Discuss The Following:

1. Call Meeting to Order.

2. Discussion and Appropriate Action to Elect a President for the Converse Housing Finance Corporation.

3. Discussion and Appropriate Action to Elect a Vice President for the Converse Housing Finance Corporation.

4. Discussion and Appropriate Action to Appoint an Executive Director for the Converse Housing Finance Corporation.

5. Discussion and Appropriate Action to Appoint a Secretary for the Converse Housing Finance Corporation.

6. Discussion and Appropriate Action to Appoint a Treasurer for the Converse Housing Finance Corporation.

7. Discussion and Appropriate Action to Approve the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws for the Converse Housing Finance Corporation.

8. Discussion and Appropriate Action to Establish the Fiscal Year for the Converse Housing Finance Corporation.

9. Discussion and Appropriate Action to Establish the Date and Time for Regular Meetings of the Converse Housing Finance Corporation.

10. Discussion and Appropriate Action to Select a Depository Bank for the Converse Housing Finance Corporation.

11. Adjournment.
