3. Action to Approve Zoning Commission Minutes of June 18, 2007.

4. The City of Converse is Conducting a Public Hearing to Zone the Newly Annexed Property located on Brucks Lane From Temporary R-1 to R-1 Single Family Residential on the Lots Listed Below:

· Tract 1 – 8595 Brucks Drive

· Tract 2 – 8591 Brucks Drive

· Tract 3 – 8525 Brucks Drive

· Tract 4 – 8515 Brucks Drive

· Tract 5 – 8487 Brucks Drive

5. Discussion and Action to Approve Zoning the Newly Annexed Property located on Brucks Lane From Temporary R-1 to R-1 Single Family Residential on the Lots Listed Below:

· Tract 1 – 8595 Brucks Drive

· Tract 2 – 8591 Brucks Drive

· Tract 3 – 8525 Brucks Drive

· Tract 4 – 8515 Brucks Drive

· Tract 5 – 8487 Brucks Drive

6. Report By the City Council Representative on Council Actions and the City Staff on Future Zoning Actions

7. Next Zoning Commission Meeting will be August 20, 2007, 7:00 P.M.
