Bulk Items
Acceptable / Unacceptable Materials
The City contracts for a monthly bulk item pick-up of oversized or heavy (65+ pounds) items such as furniture, appliances, etc., for our residential customers. The following items are NOT accepted as bulk items: any hazardous items (paint, tires, refrigerants, batteries, lawn mowers, etc.), construction materials (carpet, tiles, concrete, bricks, landscaping rocks, fencing, etc.), and brush any cutting from the trees, shrubs, cactus, palm leaves, tree stumps or similar materials. No TVs, Computers, Glass, or toilets. No items for bulk may be placed in any type of garbage bags. No bulk piles may be bigger than 6 cubic feet.
Bulk Pick-Up
Residents are no longer required to call in order to have items picked up. Please make sure that you have your bulk items out on curbside the Saturday or Sunday before the 3rd full week of the month to ensure that your bulk items get picked up. Once the truck has gone through the neighborhood they will not go back. Please click here for the bulk calendar.
Item Placement
Please place your bulk items curbside in front of the home, and ensure the materials do not cover the water meter or lay directly under power lines.

Street Sweeper Schedule
The street sweeper is scheduled to sweep streets the last full week of each month, please refer to the sweeper calendar. Please click Street Sweeper Map Schedule to view your sweeping area or click Area Street List to see a complete list of street names. Please make sure that vehicles are not parked on the street. The brush is picked up three times a year according to area zones.
